Ivette has a pretty amazing skill of simply just building relationships everywhere she goes. By focusing in on relationships first than selling she starts building immediate trust with everyone she’s doing business with.
This is also the reason why I think she is the most recruited agent in the Chicagoland market. Every week she’s being called on by recruiters and team leaders trying to get her to jump ship and join their office/team.
