In 2015, I heard about Josh Altman from other agents who read his book or heard him speak. I really didn’t pay any attention to what he was doing until a client, who I respect tremendously, saw him speak at a real estate convention and she was really inspired by what he had to say in his talk. At that point I decided to read his book and find out more about Josh Altman. This is what I concluded… 1. He and his brother are the REAL DEAL. These guys bust ass and work their asses off. But even more important than just plain hustle, they have street smarts combined with solid business skills. 2. He is Authentic. One of the reasons I love listening to podcasts about marketing and business is that you can tell the difference between truth and bullshit.
