I built a successful real estate media company that does real estate photography, HD virtual video tours, Matterport 3D tours, and aerial (drones) work without ever making a sales call or pitch to an agent or office.
Actually, I’ve never even called myself a “real estate photographer”.
For example, if you do a search for me online you’ll find stuff like this from my LinkedIn Profile: “I train Realtors how to drink margaritas responsibly”…

Why I don’t up-sell or pitch products… EVER!
I’m just a former real estate agent and managing broker who was trying to learn how to use social media and digital marketing to help grow my business and my agent’s businesses.
So attended every real estate marketing “training” class, or event that I could find.
But the more events I attended, the more I found out that I really wasn’t learning marketing from any of these trainers.
And that’s because many of these speakers, trainers, and mentors never actually sold a real product and/or service using the marketing they were preaching about.
It appeared to me that the only thing they have ever sold using digital marketing was their courses, books, mentorships, and training about digital marketing.
So I did what any good little mex-E-can would do.
I stopped listening to the real estate gurus and started going outside of the real estate industry to learn marketing.
And that’s when I truly learned marketing.
I found people like Seth Godin, Gary Vaynerchuk, Jon Loomer, Rick Mulready, Darrel Eves, Darren Miles, and websites like www.SocialMediaExaminer.com and www.StoryBrand.com.
I then took what I learned from them and applied to real estate.
Fast forward to today, and I’ve used social media, video, and other digital marketing tools to become a successful real estate photographer and videographer without ever making a sales pitch or even calling myself a real estate photographer.
I was able to do this because I focused on building a brand.
And this is what I teach agents to do all across the country…
…How to build your own brand as an agent using Social Media, Video, and all the other Tech, Tools, and Apps that we have available to us today.
Without the up-sells, sales pitches, or other non-sense you get from so many other speakers.
I’m not a Speaker, I’m a Teacher.
and that’s why each class comes with a book…
It’s one thing to give a great class, but what happens after the class is really what’s important.
To help agents retain the content and take some action with it we wrote and published a series of books that come with each speaking engagement.
It’s so incredible to see how much agent value these books during and after the training.

Below are the each of the classes we offer. The total presentation time for each class can last 45 minutes to 4 hours.

Video Marketing Class
In this class I teach agents how to start making thier own videos with a smartphone or a DSLR camera.
Facebook Marketing Class
In this class I teach agents how to use thier personal profiles and business pages for marketing thier brand.
Tool, Apps, and Technology in 2018
In this class I teach agents about the top tools and apps to use in real estate.
Our packages are pretty straight-forward.
We charge a day rate of $1999, plus travel and lodging expenses.
Each class includes 50 printed books which will be distributed to all attendees. A PDF version will also be available. Additional books can be printed for a reasonable additional fee.
