The Three Tactics to Relationship Marketing by Zvi Band
Understand who are the people know and capture their information into your system, CRM.
What are your business goals, and how do the people you know fit into these goals. Strategically, stay in touch with these people in your network over the long term and on a regular basis. The messages you re sending to them should be appropriate to the timing on how they fit into your business goals.
3. Deliver Value
You want to control how people feel about you and what you do. Show that you know them, show that you care about them, and deliver value to them. Even if it s just to say HI .

I’ve never read the book but it looks interesting and it’s on my reading list now. I found this TEDx talk of Adam Grant and it’s very interesting. Here’s a link to Adam Grant’s website CLICK HERE.

Contactually is a CRM platform which has become popular among sales professionals and businesses alike. It’s especially taken off in the real estate industry and many agents swear by it.
You can sign up for a free account on the Contactually website. This will give you full free access to the software for 14 days. After that you have to begin paying.

Apps that Integrate with Contactually
At the time of writing this I’m planning on going back into trying out Contactually again. I originally signed up for an account but never got serious about implementing it into my business.
BombBomb, Zapier, Google, and Zillow/Trulia all integrate with Contactually. App integrations are a big deal for them and it’s one of the things I like most about this CRM.
They seem to be very open and willing to let other apps work nicely with their platform.
