Realtor Marketing in Chicago Mid-2012

Realtor Marketing in Chicago Mid-2012

Here are the slides for the Market Trends & Marketing Presentation given at Exit Realty, June 28th, 2012. Bottom-line: The overall Chicagoland real estate market is trending upwards. Like the overall real estate market across the country, we see areas with huge price appreciation and just as many areas with huge price devaluations. Most importantly, look at our current inventory levels for May 2012 at 8.5 months compared to last year when we were averaging 11.5 – 13 months.

If you have questions about the slides, online marketing, video, and websites. Contact me.
